Having to stay home is going to bring about quite a few challenges if it hasn’t already. We used to be able to distract ourselves by leaving the house. Now we are being asked to be still. What Does Dr. Lunan Wish to Achieve by Providing Distant Healing?
1. I Want You in a Positive Mindset.
Your mind is directly connected to your health. For example, you raise your blood pressure when you watch a scary movie or bad things happening on the news and social media. I want to help you keep your mind clean and positive. Your mind is a powerful healing tool when given the chance. Have you ever heard of the Placebo Effect? According to scientists, your brain can convince your body that a fake treatment is the real thing. People associate the ritual of taking medicine as a powerful healing effect. Well.. consider distant healing your new medicine. Take a break from the negativity and choose to feed your mind positive nourishing thoughts. Your body will thank you!
2. I Want to Strengthen Your Energy Field.
“You are continuously receiving information from your environment, not only through your five senses, but also through your auric field! You are able to perceive when someone is staring at you without seeing them, you can sense how somebody is feeling despite a facade, and you find some people to be energizing while others might be draining.Your aura is an extension of you. It is the energy field that surrounds your body. Many ancient cultures believe that illness first starts because of a weakness in the aura. Maintaining your auric field cleansed, strong and complete, will bring optimal health and wellbeing to you! As your aura interacts with your surroundings, it is good for it to be strong, so that it acts as a flexible boundary, as a protective shield, filtering out anything that could harm you, stress you, drain you, or get you sick. Also, when your aura is strong, you feel more you, more connected to your truth and your own wisdom.”
3. I Want to Help You Work Through Your Emotions.
With all of this time at home, lots of shadow work is bound to happen, meaning emotions that you have suppressed with a busy schedule could begin to show themselves. Now, you have plenty of time to work through these emotions! Your feelings have something to tell you. When fears come up they are indication that a part of you needs your attention and some love 🥰. Emotion Regulation, or the ability to break down the emotional process is one of my favorite techniques to use with clients. When you take the time and meditate into a specific emotion, it will unravel, cleanse, and enlighten you. You can learn so much about yourself by taking the time to look within. All it takes is a little courage.
4. I Want Your Relationships to Blossom and Prosper.
As we go further into this period of stillness, we will be asked to dive deeper into relationships. With the large amount of pressure being put on us such as: living in close quarters, spending an obscene amount of time with each other, and sharing resources, we need to create a safe space for our relationships. Two things could happen: 1. You could grow closer to your friends and family by communicating your needs, respecting boundaries, and opening your heart. 2. You could get on each other’s nerves, act passive aggressively, selfish, and close off. With a little bit of outside coaching, I think we could all achieve experience number 1. Sometimes it’s easier to get a third party perspective on situations involving conflict. One of my goals during this time is to help ease your interpersonal relationship anxiety and help you enjoy this experience as much as you can.

Energy healing modalities such as Reiki and Chakra Balancing and Cleansing often referred to as energy work, involve the transfer and direction of universal life force energy to help clear, strengthen and balance one's energy field and energy pathways to facilitate, support and speed the healing processes.
Chakra Balancing and Cleansing
The chakra system is an energy system we can use for personal growth. Ayurvedic tradition recognizes seven main chakras, which are junctions between consciousness (mind) and matter (body) and which link the various aspects of what makes us human: our physical, energetic, emotional, mental, social, and spiritual selves. When we focus on the chakras, we can connect to these aspects and move toward balance, health, and well-being. I work intuitively to assess your chakras and create and administer a cleansing plan.
✨Energy Healing and Chakra Balancing can be successfully performed virtually (on the phone and through video chat). Nicole will use a combination of guided meditation, visualization, and energy healing to leave you feeling light as a feather, balanced, and aligned.
Guided Meditation and Visualization
Even if you are stuck at home, you are never trapped. Your mind is infinite, and you can visit anywhere in the world or anyone just by entering a metacognitive state. Whether you want to be still, visit a beach in Hawaii, or go back in the past to heal a childhood wound, guided meditation is the technique for you.
Guided Mediation has a very special place in Nicole’s heart. There are many uses for guided meditation, and Nicole often creates unique meditations for her clients based off of their needs.
Meditation is considered a type of mind-body complementary medicine. Meditation can produce a deep state of relaxation and a tranquil mind.
During meditation, you focus your attention and eliminate the stream of jumbled thoughts that may be crowding your mind and causing stress. This process may result in enhanced physical and emotional well-being.

Good coaching can simplify the process. Nicole has a talent for asking very specific questions that will lead you into the core of obstacle you are wanting to resolve. She will then help you create an action plan and hold you accountable to the changes you desire to make in your life.
